Shipping and Delivery Information

Your orders are delivered to you through our contracted cargo companies. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days. Your order reaches you within 3-5 business days after the cargo is delivered to the cargo companies, depending on the city/district to which it is shipped.

The cargo companies we have agreements with deliver between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays. Deliveries are not made between 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays, on Sundays and on public holidays.

After your orders are shipped, you can track the delivery process using the cargo tracking number sent to you on the cargo company's website, in the shipment tracking section.

The orders you place through our website are delivered to your address within the borders of Turkey by contracted cargo companies. Cargo companies deliver to districts, towns, etc. outside of large settlements on certain days of the week, and Sukkah Perfumes is not responsible for any delays that may occur in similar cases. In addition, many cargo companies do not deliver to villages throughout Turkey, and in cases where they do, an additional cargo fee may be requested. Any additional fees that may occur in these cases belong to the buyer.

If you cannot be found at the address you specified, your package will be returned to the nearest branch by the cargo officer, leaving a note where you can find the branch details. You can collect your package from the said branch within 3 (three) business days. During this period, the undelivered cargo will be sent back to Sukkah Perfumes. For orders returned to us, you can confirm your name, surname, address and telephone information by sending an e-mail to info@sukkahperfumes.com or by calling us at +905065089918 and request the product to be sent to you again.

If your cargo is sent to the wrong address, the necessary procedures are carried out by Sukkah Perfumes. The address information you provide to us during your purchases through our website is automatically transferred to the cargo company. In this case, any disruptions that may occur or shipments made to the wrong address are not errors related to Sukkah Perfumes. If there is a shipment to the wrong address and/or delivery to the wrong person, you can inform us by sending an e-mail to info@sukkahperfumes.com or by calling us at +905065089918. The issue is transferred to the relevant cargo company by Sukkah Perfumes and the necessary procedures are carried out.

The shipping fee incurred as a result of your orders is reflected in your order at the rate specified in the payment section. The implementation of free delivery for certain periods, over certain order amounts and/or for certain products is entirely at the discretion of Sukkah Perfumes.
