Return and Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. cannot be accepted.

Return and exchange requests must be made with the original packaging.

If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or similar situations are detected on the product or its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, its price will not be refunded and it will not be exchanged.

Returned products are accepted within 14 days at the latest.

After the product requested to be returned reaches the Sukkah, it is sent for technical inspection. If no fault is detected in the product during the inspections or if a report is given that the product was made faulty by the user, the return cannot be accepted.

Problems arising from delivery;

During cargo delivery, if the product is checked and there is physical damage, the package should not be received from the cargo company. After the product is received from the cargo company, a return cannot be made for a product that is detected to have physical damage.

If the package is not accepted and a report is made, it should be reported to the Sukkah as soon as possible, along with your copy of the report. The Sukkah will arrange for a new delivery to take place as soon as possible.

In order for us to accept a product return, there must be a defect in the product formula or a damaged delivery. Returns are not accepted for reasons other than this.
